They can't change VIN numbers which can be checked by any salesman at a car dealership. And someone can always check the personal property records of Newtown to see if she or her husband owned a black Honda. And someone can always just ask her neighbors if she owned a black Honda.
What would be the purpose in lying about something that can be so easily verified???
And BTW license plates are registered to "owners" not "operators" at "addresses" not "birth dates". On the other hand people with DLs are called "operators" and have "birth dates" right there on their DLs -- Connecticut and Florida DLs btw.
Think it through before lumping the people in Newtown with those who perpetrated Benghazzi and Fast and Furious.
so the guns were totally legal
We know there was someone chased into the woods from the school, but we never found out who this person was. Even if he was innocent of any connection to the shooting, we should have found out why he was there and why he ran from the police.
The only reason we know about it, is that it is on early video taken. In the beginning, we heard about witnesses who said there were more than one perpetrator. Now nothing. One little boy said they had someone handcuffed in the fire house. This seems different than the one handcuffed in the woods. He was supposedly put in the police car. (I didn't see that part on the video where he was put in the car.)
I'm not saying the police or any of the people of Newton who lost their children were involved in a cover up, but I do believe that the Federal government is capable of covering up what went on here.
We still don't have any reason, connecting Adam Lanza to this school. Seems like someone was putting out a lot of disinformation in the beginning.
As Rahm Emanuel said: “Never let a crisis go to waste” and that's exactly what I think the federal government is doing.
And I do think there is more to this story than we've been told. We are only hearing the parts that fit the government's agenda. As Cuomo said: “Confiscation is on the table.”
permit to purchase or
is there some sort of property ownership permit?
time magazine does not have a really good reputation for facts.
I know they have the rules in my state correct in their chart below. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/interactive/2013/jan/15/gun-laws-united-states
We don't know if she had one or not. NBC News reported they were legal guns. According to the CNN News segment, Time Magazine said they couldn't find a permit under Nancy Lanza’s name. You would think that Time Magazine could ask the police about the permit, but it sounds like the records are sealed on this case. So maybe that is why Time Magazine tried to do their own search.
“Cops INSIST they removed an AR15 from the trunk of the car.”
No they don’t. A couple media outlets reported that in the confusion of the first couple days, but the local cops who were investigating never said that, and even made official statements that the “AR in the trunk” story was incorrect.
I don’t live in Connecticut, but in this state you have to get a handgun permit before you can purchase a handgun in a store. The rules here at gun shows are more relaxed than the rules in Connecticut for gun shows according to the chart.
I thought it was strange that the gun store where Nancy supposedly purchased her guns was raided after the shootings. If she legitimately bought her weapons and they were all legal, why was it raided?
“He did not use a rifle.”
So you trust NBC over the police investigating the case?
“We know there was someone chased into the woods from the school, but we never found out who this person was.”
The Newton Bee reported this:
“A man with a gun who was spotted in the woods near the school on the day of the incident was an off-duty tactical squad police officer from another town, according to the source.”
Riiiight, because cops run from other cops rather than just identifying themselves. That source's story pegs the BS meter at a full "eleven".
Probably because there is no permit required to own those guns in Connecticut just to conseal/carry but records of purchase must be kept by gun shops and they wanted copies of those records for their investigation before they could get lost.

You ask for answers. You are given answers. And then you mock those answers. Is it any wonder that your questions go unanswered.
And his possible picture at this post:

The article you referenced just talks about an unnamed "source" and the unnamed source's story smells like BS. I'll say it again. A cop running into the woods away from other cops rather than just showing his badge doesn't pass the smell test. Sorry, but the BS meter is fully pegged when an unnamed source claims that the guy on video running past the school buildings AWAY from cops and into the woods trying to evade them was just a cop from another town.
You're damned right I'm mocking it.
Reported he used a Bushmaster AR-15 assault-type weapon with high capacity magazines. A Glock 10 millimeter and a Sig Sauer 9 millimeter, all of which had “multiple magazines and additional ammunition,” was also in the shooter’s possession.
A ‘rifle’ was also recovered from Lanza’s vehicle, which was parked outside of the school.
I thought it was just "some guy chopping wood". Then it's a cop. Then you show me a guy that looks like an accountant on "business casual" day. Where's camo pants guy? WHO is camo pants guy?
That was debunked 14 minutes after it was erroneously said. You gotta keep up.
Where's camo pants guy?
Look carefully at the picture. He appears to be wearing khaki camo pants and a black shirt, per description.
WHO is camo pants guy?
I don't know. Is this the "off-duty tactical squad police officer from another town" or is it Manfredonia???
Why not call the editor at the Newtown Bee???
“A rifle was also recovered from Lanzas vehicle, which was parked outside of the school.”
No rifle was recovered from Lanza’s vehicle, that was a shotgun. The AR-15 was found in the school.
You are about as looney a tune as any I’ve encountered on FR.
. Cops INSIST they removed an AR15 from the trunk of the car.
How do I know? I dont.
You should have left it at that Einstein
