No, she has weight loss surgery so she’s deflated looking (especially in the area between the hair line and just above the neck).

Aretha doesn’t look anywhere as close to as “good” as she looks in your photo. At least we could not see those — did you say puppies? — I’d have to call them full grown dogs.
