I have a tampon story to share too.
When my oldest was about 4, he loved these things. He would do “science experiments” with them in the bathroom of our little home. Like putting them into a glass of water to see how they soaked it up. One day he had several glasses of water on the bathroom counter, each with a lone tamp on floating and soaking in it. All unbeknownst to me, of course.
A few visitors were there that day and one male visitor used the restroom. I was horrified afterward when I saw all that “science.” Did the poor guy think I was rinsing and reusing?!?!
LOL, what a story. I always love your post show comments.
Ok, I’ll play too..picture it.Hamamatsu Japan, 1979...I am staying with a Blue Impulse (like our Blue Angels, but Japanese) pilot and his family...he has 3 boys..4,5, and 7....at some point, we hear all 3 boys giggling and making “combat” sounds in the room where I was supposed to stay.....we go in.....the lads had found my box of tampons and were “shooting” them at each other LMAO! Lesson learned....never bring the whole box on a trip that involves young boys that “explore”, even if you KNOW you are gonna need them...
