I just finished my plate of caramel and a few apple slices—LOL and a few buttery pancakes. I was going to eat and snark, but caramel and laptops=disaster. HAHA!

Well I have to say I was actually OK with the new panel. Nikki actually sounded knowledgable about the craft at times, and was fairly well spoken and very courteous to the contestants.
Kieth Urban was good, but quite reserved, and at times Mariah looked like she was bored with everything.
I did ickup a little on what is probably fueling a lot of the ‘conflict’ between Mariah and Nikki — basically Jealousy. The vast majority of the contestants fawned over Mariah, and you could see Nikki visible bristle every time a contestant went “OMG I can’t believe I am in the same room with Mariah Carey”
