You are 100% right. I wondered where I had seen him before. He was even discussed on several threads here including this one:

He was/is seen in one video sloppily wearing Marine fatigues with ribbons on them while yelling at the police accusing them of brutality for breaking up an OWS demonstration on city streets — as if he is some kind of super hero.
How CBS allowed this a**clown on Survivor is an absolute sham. Every week that he remains on the screen will be to their shame and the shame of the Fans who failed to vote him off.
