I spoke to a friend who works with CNN who works at HR. The man HAS a green card. He was hired by big media on a working visa ( which a lot of foreigners have ) and eventually was eligible to apply for a green card ( which he has ).
Suffice it to say that he is here in the USA LEGALLY, according to our labor laws.
Incredible. Make money and that green card comes out of the blue. And now he can continue to bash the constitution right in the land whose constitution allows him to make big bucks.
