I don’t think that, but they should have been fined to he77 & back. There’s a lot more at stake than littering (grassfires). & I say this as a smoker.
I hate reading this. Seeing troopers has always made me feel safer, not apprehensive.
The hot dog should be fired, he had NO probable cause, the bitch he asked for assistance should be put on the street for 30 or 60 days and retrained (she was just following orders, like the Nazi’s) and Texas should pay about a half a million to each of the CITIZENS who were victimized and laughed about in the cop breakroom.
