You are 100% correct -- Jason Simpson, born to OJ and Marguerite Simpson on April 21, 1970. Grew up in the Brentwood Home. Had another brother who died in the pool at that house when Jason was about 7 years old, required intervention and counseling after that.

The Christmas before, Nicole ordered 2 pairs of Italian made leather gloves, one pair for OJ, the other for Jason. These were custom fit, and Jason's hands were slightly smaller than OJ's. The leather no doubt came from the same hide as they were made by the same small company at the same time.

Jason always held a grudge against Nicole, because he felt she was the reason that OJ left his mother and also perceived Nicole as being the main source of OJ's misery. Their arguments were often loud and spiked with expletives. Jason was preparing a special dinner that fateful night, original plans were for OJ, Nicole and their children to attend Jason's restaurant after the dance recital. At the last minute, Nicole changed plans and went to another restaurant, OJ was not invited. Jason -- according to his co-workers that evening -- was furious.

During the initial investigation, Jason claimed to be at work until 11PM. During the civil trial, under oath, Jason admitted he left much earlier, if memory serves, somewhere after 9PM. His alibi was that he went home and watched TV, alone. He was known to carry his own set of professional chef's knives in a white crescent-shaped bag, much like the bag OJ turned over to his first lawyer, which never resurfaced.

The dog didn't bark. It knew Jason, had no reason to bark.

The two children, Sydney and Justin were home at the time of the murder. They were never allowed to testify what they saw that night. It was not unusual for Jason to visit them, as they actually had a decent relationship.

The unexplained short phone call from Nicole's house to OJ?? Simple. No cell phones...Jason rang up OJ "dad ... I've screwed up big time...."

Remember -- the DNA was NOT a 100% match! Even though the technology for DNA then was not as sophisticated as it is today, the DNA expert for the prosecution admitted that the match was about 1/2 million to one ... enough for it to be a familial match, such as the DNA of an offspring. The expert (whose name escapes me now) was briefly interviewed a few days after his testimony and he commented "they have the wrong Simpson...."

I don't think that Jason went to Nicole's with the intent of killing her, I think some sort of argument escalated, and Ron Goldman was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time.

I think OJ made a fateful decision that night to help cover-up the murders so that Jason would not go to jail. There is no way for OJ to have foreseen the media circus that would follow. Since OJ was innocent of the murders (but not of the cover-up) perhaps it didn't even occur to him at the time that he would be prosecuted. But once he started down that path, he could not turn back ... who else would you sacrifice everything for but your own flesh and blood?

The day of the jury verdict, at 6PM eastern, there was a press conference held by OJ's family. The spokesperson that night was none other than .... JASON SIMPSON. On the video clip, his mother -- OJ's first wife Marguerite was standing behind him (along with a couple other family members).

BINGO!!! Wow yes I totally agree. I know that is Jason does not control that temper and get help no doubt he will kill again, and then OJ won’t be there to help him this time.
