I predict bloodshed, on the part of the "authorities". And rightfully so - no state has the right to supercede the God-given right to self-defense which is partly enumerated in the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution.

Well I guess that will totally invalidate the Federal Court decision about three weeks ago ordering Illinois to adopt concealed carry, won’t it...?
