Some of these break/barreled jobs at 1200 fps are good going for $200-$300. They get pretty loud though.

How close is your target? 10-20 yards or so a cheap crosman pump will work fine and a lot quieter for $60. You’ll only get one shot anyway. For stealth a simple bb gun will sting their butts pretty good.

Just be ready to dispose of the body quick or throw it in the neighbors yard with the doberman.

I’d disagree on Crosman/Daisy not because of effectiveness but because of the sights and trigger. Most inexpensive air guns have rudimentary sights and mushy trigger pull. Bushytails are not as easy of a target as they may seem. Even stationary they exhibit lots of quick movements and a rapidly changing profile. Good sights and a light, crisp trigger are a must.
