“Explain how maintaining the status quo (sticking with the gop) will bring on a CWII? I bet you don’t see the contradiction of your statements, do you?”

Yes I do actually and it isn’t contradictory. Because if you whiners about how rotten Boehner is, and how lousy the Republican Party is, keep vocalizing about it day after day, then you may as well get right down to the nub of the matter, as the status quo isn’t going to go away anywhere in the near future, even if you go third party, which will actually prolong the downfall of the Dem regime.

So go straight for CWII and get it over with, find out who wins the war. Too many Freepers are constantly going after their own, or what used to be their own (the Pubs) and think they will find some Utopia in a third party effort. It will do nothing but ruin the Pub Party further, preventing them from getting into power in the future, while gaining nothing because a third party effort will fall flat in this country for years, as it has already since the Whigs (how long ago was that?).

The Sheeple will continue to hire Santa Claus (the Dem Party), and do so happily, just like in Hugo Chavez land, as long as the goodies keep coming. And the wealthy and middle class down there (what’s left of them) stew in their own juices. They haven’t quite worked themselves up into Civil War down there, and they too have the deck stacked against them. Because they are afraid they will lose. Then, when their country is broke, here comes CWII. It’s amazing when socialism gets a strong foothold, how long it takes to get rid of.

The minority sheeple have banded together now, and with the aid of certain disgruntled folks such as some on this very thread who won’t vote Pub, or want a third party, are guaranteeing further Dem wins. Plus there is the cult of Obama, just like the cult of Chavez down south. The minorities see Obama as one of them, and see him as cool and the giver of benefits. Conservatives will take away goodies as they see it.

If you don’t want to prolong your agony, go straight for the civil war and get it over with, or stop the constant spigot of whining, and get to work actually supporting the Republican Party instead of tearing it down. It’s the only hope we have. Work real hard toward winning in the midterm elections, so we don’t lose the House too. With so many Freepers threatening third party, all they are doing is guaranteeing that we lose the House. Stop slamming Boehner, he couldn’t have done any better with the hand he was dealt than he did. In fact, between himself and McConnell, they got a better deal than I thought they would, and they live to fight another battle in a couple of months over spending. Help the Pubs out rather than constantly sitting in your armchairs and tearing them down.

You want to know how Romney lost? Because of sourpuss whiteys and libertarian Ron Paul types who sat on their duffs and didn’t vote, three million people’s worth. Just like the large amount of people on the anti-Romney threads here who kept reiterating proudly how they weren’t going to vote for Mitt. Well, once again you see the results and now we are stuck once again with Obama. And the demographics will continue to change, with Obama legalizing illegal aliens, primarily Hispanics. Then they can vote too.

I’m po’d, so to the whiners, just go for a Civil War and get if over with, because your actions are going to lead to it anyway. Otherwise, actually support the one party that might be able to stop what is happening. Even that might not work next time. We need overwhelming Pub support. The Dems stick together, we don’t. A third party will just destroy the ability to win for years to come. By that time, the country will be ruined.

I use the go straight to Civil War as an example of what will happen, sooner than later, if we don’t try harder to get Pubs elected. If a third party was to get in, my gut feeling is that shortly thereafter you’d all be disgusted with them too, maybe more so, because if it wasn’t a perfectly pure partyo according to your liking you would want them out too. And a perfectly pure party isn’t going to win in this divided modern society anyway. Work within the Pub Party to help it, not destroy it with pipe dreams of instant perfection that is not attainable.

And constant sniping of good people like Boehner and McConnell that are doing the best they can with the stacked deck they have been handed doesn’t help. It is fundamentally unfair. If the deal wouldn’t have been made yesterday everyone would have gotten it in the jugular taxwise, and the Pubs would have been blamed in the mainstream media for it. And half of you guys would have been right in there pitching about how lousy the Pubs are, for different reasons, but just aiding the enemy in vocalizing about those rotten Pubs.

Then if the Pubs would have quashe the deal, the Dems would have presented bills in Congress to restore some of the Bush tax cuts and would have looked like saviors. Once again we would lose the PR war. Why can’t you just be realistic as to where we are. If we don’t stick together within the Pub Party, we are doomed for years to come. That or, back to the thrust of my argument, setting up an eventual Civil War. It may be too late for us already. By the way, go ahead and try it your way, as you will do it anyhow. Go third party, as you aren’t helping the Pubs any, and when that fails too, get your muskets out.
