If you do get a high capacity weapon or a higher capacity magazine, make sure you get a reliable one that does not jam.
There is a reason why the military only uses 30 round mags. For anything larger that that they use belt fed ammo. I have seen a civilian AR with a belt fed adapter and a belt in the local gun store. Not full auto though.
