A fifteen year old girl is not a "child". Let’s see....early 1900’s, 14/15 was marriage age, not that much older (same age) was child bearing. Few in my family tree then and before I found this young....

Sad, that even @ 26/yrs adults are still considered children to the gov’t. Instead of progress we’ve REGRESSED.
