Yes, I think so. I don’t my Shakespeare that well though. No dictator in has had enough power stop all rivals. Even if we believe that nobody in the Republican party will do anything there are plenty of Democrats wanting power who will. Maybe a freshman state senator no one has heard of before outside his district.
