You are correct and mistaken at the same time. Constitutionally they have no right. Emergency EOs (illegally) give them that right. They were busting in doors in NO during Katrina, knocking people down and taking their weapons.

And any half assed claims of boating accidents, Constitutional rights or any other BS will be answered with a boot on your neck at the minimum. Just because we are not yet seeing mass internments, people disappearing from their homes in the middle of the night and (even) death squads is no proof they aren't coming.
