Starbucks has ANNOUNCED that every cup of its coffee sold in the Washington D.C. area will have a message to Congress regarding the fiscal cliff written on then: "Come Together."
Of course, the CEO of Starbucks, Howard Schultz, is a liberal Obama supporter. What he really means is do what the president wants.
Anyway, if you had the power to have a message written on coffee cups (not necessarily Starbucks) in the Washington D.C. area, what would it be. I'll lead off:
1. Read the DAMN bills before you vote on them!
2. Do NOT pass bills in order to find out what's in them.
3. Eliminate ObamaCare.
4. Teach Food Stamp recipients how to use coupons.

What are your coffee cup message recommendations? Perhaps we can give Dunkin' Donuts some ideas.

I thought Starbuck was a character in Battlestar Galactica. You mean he or she, (can’t remember which,) sells coffee too? Wow. How diverse!

I have no slogan for coffee cups. I find it useless for anyone, including starbuck’s to do something like this except to make libs happy.
The bottom line is that elected legislators think that they were elected to legislate. They have never conceived of the idea of ‘veto’.

Starbucks should recommend congress uses coarse grounds and moka express maker,
French press leaves too much oil.

Sounds like something that involves “reaching across the aisle”.
No thanks.
How about “Destroy the Marxists”?

If you can’t write the bill on a single sheet of paper, double-spaced, or it can’t be written in a way that a high school graduate can understand it, then don’t vote for it.
