most people in places with snow think 4 wheel drive is the same as 4 wheel stop.

Oh nooze! It's snowing ladders, chairs and bikes!
Just windy down here in San Antonio...last 'ice' down here was last Feb. Enough to confuse and humble 4X4 trucks who lacked any experience driving.

Even where I am, many people drive like icy roads aren’t a factor. I usually beep my horn and wave, as I pass them by, while they are stuck in ditches. :)

My Dad just called and said it was snowing like crazy in Arlington and brother in Aledo said is was coming down pretty good there too. Must have been a lot of prayers going up for a white Christmas. We weren't supposed to get anything but a little rain in the metroplex. Supposed to get down to 23F today.
If this keeps up, the kids will be out making snow angels later :-)

An hour or two west of Dallas and our wind chill tonight will be below 10 F. Wont be going out early in that weather. Do not have a coat that good. I think the lowest temperature I've experienced since living in DFW the past seven years was about 17F. Thank goodness I didn't have to stay out in it for more than a quick minute.
Stay warm!
