Youre right; the last M6+ was on the 21st and very deep (over 200km). For awhile there, we were seeing about one M6+ a day. M5+ quakes are about normal maybe slightly on the quiet side. I noticed from putting together the chart on M5+ activity, that they pick up after the winter solstice. Will have to see if that holds true for 2013, but have no reason to believe it will not.
