There are such things as proxy server addresses that any browser can access to hide your IP address and disposable email addresses that you throw away after use. Try Google.

I am telling you that signing a WH.gov petition is meaningless compared to the internet footprint you already have. Signing the petition tells them almost nothing about you. I am telling you that you can’t make the water in a swimming pool more wet by pouring a glass of water in it.
