Oh and if you ran out of jars of gravy on the lazy susan... and want gravy for your roasted chicken and mashed potatoes, my mom figgured out how to use the drippings from the chicken. Mom’s sure smart!

Well I'm sure there are others out there who have thought of the same thing. It does take a lot longer to make chicken soup that way so I'm not sure I will be able to convince too many people to move away from the canned soup.

There are some other food items my wife and I created that might be more marketable, should we ever be inclined to go into business.

On of my favorite "home made" sandwiches is to wrap smoked sardines (soaked in olive oil) into a slice of swiss cheese which is then wrapped tightly into a tortilla wrap. It's very delicious and if I can find a way to make it not so messy (the olive oil tends to drip out), I could market it as a healthy fast-food option.
