Michael Moore: I think were very frightened people. I think weve been frightened ever since we landed on these shores. We were frightened of the native people, we were frightened of the salves we brought over, as we should have been.
And those in power have known how to manipulate us with fear. And weve started wars over being told lies about, whether it was the Spanish American War, Mexican American War, you can go through so many of these wars weve been in throughout history and right up through the Iraq War, he said, which happened because those in power knew if they just put enough fear in our there, and the best kind of fear is the one that has the kernel of truth. So you have 9/11 happened, thats a real incident very easy at that point to use that fact in a way to tell a fiction.
I was fascinated by that subject when making Bowling for Columbine, how fear is used to the point where everybody feels like theyve gotta have a gun in the house, noting that the U.S. has over 250 million guns in peoples homes. What are they really afraid of...it goes right down to the heart of our race problem that we still havent resolved.

The looney left has a “race” problem. They can not think outside the box of “race”.
We should take a collection to go through the streets of Detroit, and pay every po person $1000 bucks, and give them a sleeping bag, tent, food, booze, and firewood, to be transported to Michael Moore’s house to squat. Meanwhile, we alert the news media that Michael Moore is having an open house for po people so there are cameras everywhere to film the fun.
He's right. If I were racing Michael Moore to the last bit of food, I'd feel the need to have a gun.
Holy crap! That’s a big pig!
I bought my guns to protect my food supply..... From Michael Moore.....
And just how far would you be racing?
The slaves that were brought over are not making any effort to return to Motha Africka. Why?

Yet, we have morons like MM who use the same fear to drive their own preferred political policies. So, what we really have is a discussion regarding different political policies and which is the best policy regarding the protection of individuals from the risks of living.
Do we want to empower individuals to make the choice that works best for them in their own lives, or do we want to transfer that power from the individual to a centrallized government thousands of miles away and hope that all individuals are willing to voluntarily abide by the central authorities demands.
If we chose my preference then the individual is able to chose their best options in protecting themselves. If we chose MM’s option, then we have to HOPE that all individuals bend to the policies of a governing body that is thousands of miles away. MM must hope that the law breakers and law abiders adhere to the laws written in haste!
In other words, MM depends on the transfer of faith from oneself to a group that is somehow seen as more worthy of that faith. You are supposed to be willing to have faith in people you have most likely never met, yet not have faith in yourself.
Sadly, MM’s ilk is winning. No wonder we have a dying society.

Well, if chunky monkey’s gonna have any chance of even getting there, it better be less than 5 feet.
