DALLAS (AP) - Two women have sued the Texas Department of Public Safety over a body cavity search by a female trooper captured by patrol car video along a Dallas-area highway.
The lawsuit says the July 13 search of 38-year-old Angel Dobbs and her 24-year-old niece, Ashley Dobbs, was unlawful. The Irving women complained to DPS.
DPS spokeswoman Katherine Cesinger on Tuesday declined comment on the lawsuit. Cesinger says results of a Texas Rangers inquiry were sent to the Dallas County district attorney's office. The dispute is expected to reach a grand jury next month.
The women say a male trooper told them he saw them throwing cigarette butts out a car window, questioned them about drugs and summoned a female trooper for a search.

That is sexual assault and in full-view of everyone driving by. This should NOT be legal.

You're right on the cause of this being the War on Drugs [let the flames begin], but let's not forget that innocent men suffer as well.
And now they are pushing for check points in Texas. For our “safety” of course.
This police state bullshit needs to come to a screaching halt.
I saw part of ‘I Survived’ where a woman was sexually tortured by a man. She was tied naked to the chair in the manager’s office of a fast food restaurant and the assault continued for hours. She managed to get the phone off the desk and called 911. When help arrived, she was naked and bleeding and the paramedics were going to untie her from the chair and transport her to the hospital. A female policeman stopped them dead in their tracks and said she had something to ask the victim. She leaned forward and asked, “Did he finish?” The paramedics immediately pushed forward and removed the victim.
While the victim was being interviewed for the show, you could tell the treatment from the policewoman was just as traumatic to her as the assault. Oh, and the policewoman lost her job.
I cannot begin to fathom the trauma that all the victims are going through by these female policemen.
Jail time for "sexual assault", at a minimum, and COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY PERSONALLY for all Legal fees, the multi-million-dollar mega-lawsuit that will (as always) be paid by TAXPAYERS, while the Assailant pays nothing.
She (the Trooper) should have ALL her assets confiscated, including her home, car(s), personal goods, etc. to make restitution, and all monies in bank accounts should go towards the fulfillment of the Settlement.
An earlier read on this story said there was not a change of glove, but that is just too fantastic to believe. It is surely against the law to fail to change gloves
That earlier report said one woman suffers with a cyst (hemorrhoid, possibly) and endured pain.

Indeed. How on earth did we become so complacent with our freedom as to allow another person to sexually molest us on the side of the road simply because they’re an law enforcement officer?
although i did notice that the one girl didn’t even pause in chewing her gum when she got the finger up the butt. seemed rather odd....
Well that part is easy.
We all got it from our parents.
A generation of parents that for some unknown reason actually thought that Law enforcement was there to protect the common citizen from bad guys. These days the cops, pimps, perverts, muggers, buggers, and low life in general can all safely be lumped together without exception. Former Colorado Arapahoe County Sheriff Patrick Sullivan makes a fine example.

After sticking her hand up the suspects crevice did the trooper lick the glove to see if it tasted like Marihuana? That’s what they do on TV.
Aside from the total illegality of a roadside body cavity search without a court order, the SOW_IN_A UNIFORM has the sanitary habits of a South Beach queer - or a Turd World witch doctor.
Note that the Sow first inserts her finger in her victim’s anus, then WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES inserts her finger in her victim’s vagina.

It's the easy way out. You'd be surprised at what the average cop can pull you over for then nail you if you question their authority.......
You will then be transported to the police department headquarters and allowed to call your attorney..So how long do you think you will you be sitting in the bull pen until your attorney arrives? Assuming you do have an attorney listed in your contacts section of your cell phone..........
Sometimes it's best to keep one's mouth shut then file charges later as these two did...........
