I ordered mine from Newark
http://www.newark.com/ and it took a little over a month, but less time than they quoted. The pis are constantly on backorder. They are selling faster than the manufacturer makes them.

I ordered mine from MCM electronics. It arrived in a week. I LOVE this thing. I even built the LEGO case for it, based on plans you can download from the Raspberry Pi support site.
