RE: thief-in-chief quotes Scripture.
He said “Scripture says,” then does not quote any I have ever heard or read. It is a mishmash summary of his idea of what he thinks we want hear.
I’m looking for the speech text to analyze this more accurately.
P.S. I Love Scripture. John 1:1 ... and the Word was God.
Scripture rings hollow when quoted by a non-believer.
