He is brutally efficient at demagoguery and demonizing his opponents thanks to the ultra-compliant MSM. Lacking the Congressional cooperation he will demand he may try an EO once again.

I do fear the EOs somewhat, but there are limits to what he can do, and he’ll find the going quite difficult if he goes overboard and has the states telling him to take a hike. There simply aren’t enough federal pigs to do it all themselves...as they’ll find out.
