Doesn’t need to be. Just enough to do some cordon and searches on likely perps, gleaned from social network analysis and data mining. Some high profile arrests is all they need to pull, they will think. It may end up like this story I recently wrote, “What I saw at the coup.”

I watched this show on Discovery last week. They were attempting to prove or disprove that a person could be hypnotized to commit an assassination. If the show is to be believed they proved it possible.

What happened today (admitting we know almost nothing) makes sense with the pressure of a ‘guiding hand’ applied to a weak and twisted mind.
It makes far less sense as a random act of a shooter who acted alone, as in:
Batman.
Mall.
Elementary School.
