Mrs. Claus had a discussion with Santa....
...and the nystagmus of her eyes....not unlike Judge Judy's....
...told him to LISTEN....after that he had a chat on the red phone with what he called the Cheap Imitator....
.....and his second. They talk a good game, but they buckled to real power and withdrew Susie's name from the Sec of State replacement list. MO tried to keep her on the short list for SOS, but for once a frightened and angry Barack put her in her place....
....which caused one little elf to risk the naughty list with a dance for MO's benefit....

Barney Frank is an annual patron of the NY Stag Musical, but the one time I attended my eyes rolled around in my head.

Jim Croce's spontaneous nystagmus started a love affair with a Roller Derby Queen back in the day:
Gonna tell you a story that you won't believe
But I fell in love last Friday evenin'
With a girl I saw on a bar room TV screen Well, I was just gettin' ready to get my hat
When she caught my eye and I put it back
And I ordered myself couple o' more shots and beers...

This is actually a very precise measure of a person’s intoxication. I used it more than once to make an arrest on a professional drunk who could mask his behavior when I stopped him, but he could not stop the nystagmus and he got the ride. Further evidence (breath/blood tests) always verified my interpretation. It also allowed me to release others that had been drinking but not legally intoxicated without wasting 2 hours so making arrest, impounding car, ruining their evening/life etc... just to have the breath test confirm they were under limit. Very reliable and you do not need consent as in a breath test. The only catch is allowing for the 1-2% or so of the population that has a natural nystagmus.
