To all the naysayers on this thread. The Who (as usual) put together a kick-ass set. See Me Feel Me, in the context of disaster pics, was extremely moving. And in Baba O’Reilly, Pete sang of “Sandy Wasteland”. Some bands are more iconic than others.
There is a reason why The Who were given the most time in this concert.
Especially the shot of your President hugging an Obamaphone lady. "He cares about me". Unlike that Republican Mormon, whatsisname!
Too bad there seemed to be a political litmus test as to who could participate in this event (even manning the phones).
