This is so 90’s. When I was in 10th Group in Bad Toelz, Germany, we commonly wore spandex for PT, the flashier, the better.
When I was in High School on the wrestling team, we wore women’s panty hose to reduce mat burns ... if you ever do any cold scuba, panty hose under the rubber suit is real handy.
I grwew up before spandex, BTW.
