THANK YOU! I am a teacher and I say that nearly every day. If we still had reform schools, the kids with no behavior problems would actually have the opportunity to learn.
Used to watch “Our Gang” as a child. Is where first heard of Reform school. Did not know what it was but could tell the kids were afraid of it. In one scene a boy who was not of the little rascals was being sent to reform school by a judge. He and his parents were crying.
Oh how times have changed.
