They really wanted that cigarette for a science project at the charter school where they were standout scholars.
Their fathers are the feral government. How many of them would not have come into existence if the baby mommas had not been enabled with free stuff?
People talk of reform schools but that was back before entire communities and generations went feral. The misguided yoots were separated from a society that was for the most part decent and lawful and didn't tolerate their predatory activities.
