Oh, please. Haven`t we fattened lawyers enough in this society? How about a written apology instead?

I hope they sue.

On what grounds?

Why should they sue? Particularly if they were, indeed, fat? What the restaurant did was very stupid, but it was not a legal offense.

I hope they sue.

Christine Duran, Christina Huerta and Isabel Robles say their enjoyable meal at Chilly D’s Sports Lounge in Stockton, Calif., ended painfully Thursday when a waiter plopped down the offensive receipt on their table.

Oh yes, me too! I hope a trail lawyer who gives big buck contributions to the DNC takes up their case and wins a HUGE settlement from the restaurant, and it is forced to raise prices on their customers to pay for the settlement, but then goes out of business eventually anyway. Then, I hope that President Obama calls the group of women from Air Force One while the cameras are rolling, and arranges a meeting where he hugs each of them before the cameras!

Then, wouldn't it be great if Moochelle Obama took up the case, saying that restaurants like this are to "blame" for people becoming overweight, and lobbies Congress to pass new laws. It would fantastic if Nancy Pelosi took up the cause, and drafted the "National Civil Rights for Plus Sized Womyn's Act of 2013." The new "law" would dictate that all restaurants, farmers, and food distributors must enact comprehensive programs to "combat discrimination of the weight-challenged" and must offer subsidized gym memberships and help established Plus Sized clothing stores in the inner city, which are "Clothing Deserts" for many low income Americans who are overweight and who cannot find decent Large Clothing.

You know what else would be great?! Since all the women have Hispanic sir names, I reckon there was some god awful Discrimination going on here that was racial! I do. I hope Eric Holder at the Just-Us Dept files Federal Civil Rights charges against the restaurant owner, the existing wait staff, and the cooks.

Yeah, I want to live in a country where you can sue for every insult. They have a constitutional right to never have their feelings hurt. No one better ever mention that someone is fat, ever again. Even if they are. Just keep your mouth shut, tiptoe around, don't say a word or you'll OFFEND someone.
