Those numbers are not relevant. Bush voters will only vote once.
The dilatory vote count in Democrat jurisdictions is just another card up their sleeve. They didn’t need to play it this time, but if they ever do need it, they can point back to prior elections and say, “we’re always slow.” (Though you need a good imagination to think CA and NY will ever be that much in play). Come on-— California had its closely divided referendum votes tallied within 24 hours.
