I don't know anything about this guy, but basically it sounds like he has better lawyers than the Texas Medical Board. If he really does have a "cure" for cancer and can prove it, then he will have rampaging hoards of venture capitalists at his door, eager to throw money at him. Doesn't sound like that is happening.

There are good reasons that isn't happening. His treatments are tailored specifically for each patient based on their genome profile. They don't work equally on all cancers and differently for each patient. It's not a single substance that can be patented its a whole range of things and their success depends on how they are administered. The protocols are as important, if not more important, than the medicines themselves.

The gov has been trying to put him in prison for years yet they take the medicines he has developed and patent them themselves or give them to pharma co's to patent. Why buy his work when you can steal it?
