Interesting that the police took that picture, they knew what could happen to Zimmerman without it. How come Zimmerman is handcuffed in a police car? I thought he wasn’t arrested.

Interesting that the police took that picture, they knew what could happen to Zimmerman without it. How come Zimmerman is handcuffed in a police car? I thought he wasn’t arrested. The police can temporarily detain someone at the scene. Technically, it's not an arrest. When he was taken away from the scene, he was arrested as far as the Constitution is concerned, even though he police said he wasn't.
