OU is one the short list of teams nobody wants to see win. UNtil there is some sort of top 8 or top 10-12 playoff college rankings mean bupkiss.
Example Alabama loses and only drops 2 spots to move right back to a #2 position. A likes of OU, Kansas St, or Notre Dame had lost they would have dropped out of top 10 (as they did early on).

Um, K-state did lose. They didn’t drop out. Oregon lost. They didn’t drop out. OK lost. They didn’t drop out. Till they lost another. As far as Notre Dame goes, they are playing in the Championship game. So, what’s your point again?
ROOOOOOL TIDE!!!!!!!
Speak for yourself. I want to see OU play and win. Just because YOUR team got stomped by OU, don’t try to speak for the rest of us.
When Alabama puts an old fashioned Southern whuppin’ on the Irish in January, what will be your whine then? Any of the top four SEC teams would beat Notre Dame convincingly this year. Spurrier might have even run the score up, to make the point!
Boomer..... Sooner! :-P
