Who in their right mind decided that Northern Illinois should get the at-large bid over the University of Oklahoma? This boggles the mind. Northern Illinois best win was over Kansas or Kent State. They lost to Iowa.
OU underachieves, but would crush the directional school.

Didn’t Northern Illinois lose to Kentucky? My beef with this system is teams in the top 10 of the BCS don’t get to go to a BCS bowl because only 2 teams from one conference can go.
