The car used in the 1966-68 Batman TV series will be auctioned off in January. Customizer George Barris bought the 1955 Lincoln Futura Concept car for $1 from the Ford Motor Co. Barris was given $15,000 and 15 days to gadgetize the handmade two-seater.

I remember one part I episode where Robin was being swallowed by a giant clam. I missed Part II, but I assume the clam didn’t have him for lunch, because he was back the next week.
He probably found his anti-clam spray just in time.
Oh wow I remember that one! A giant clam LMAO!! Yes, and they would always be in these life or deaths situations and then the show would end till next week same bat time same bat channel!
So tell me! How did he get away from the clam? After more than 40 years, I think it’s only fair I finally know! :0D
Batman broke free from chains and pried the giant clam open with his bare hands in a feat of super-bat strength, then pulled Robin free in the nick of time just before the clamshell slammed shut.
Seriously. He did.
So, by "original", they mean this Batman, right?
