My advice which I know you will never respond to me on this thread is get your wife to get him to put his assets into a revocable trust. Been there done that. This way you screw the the propate lawyers and judges
I suppose I could say that fortunately that is not an issue in this scenario. He doesn't have squat to his name, and likely will die that way.
