Yes, picking ona disable kid is reprehensible. No quarter given on that point. This guy deserves to get his butt kicked.

But jail? For hurt feelings? I am not sure that is a direction we want to go.

I actually don’t have a problem jailing any grown man who does this to any 10 yr old let alone a disabled child.

Although justice would be him getting his butt severely kicked.

He’s a disgusting crud, but you can’t throw people in jail for that reason alone. Making fun of a crippled child is about as low as it gets, but it still does not qualify for getting thrown in the slammer.

As usual the media gets it wrong.

He wasn't jailed for making fun of the girl. He was jailed for threatening the girl's mother who happens to be his neighbor.
