That’s what i was wondering. Why the heck do you call 911 just because a dog is wandering around. Animal control MAYBE but 911???
Some lady made a good point on here once. Helicopter Moms terrorize kids about so many things that a lot of us grow up afraid of dogs.
And a lot of people are mentally ill and fear and despise animals.
When I was a kid, when a dog would wander onto the playground, the school would hustle us indoors and call the dog catcher. I'm sure it's worse now. I always protested and I'm sure that went on my record.
