Marriage was made irrelevant and meaningless long before the movement for gay marriage started.
The unborn and children have always had no rights subject to the parents (particularly men historically) refusing to accept personal responsibility for their actions.
This is why abortion (and before it baby abandonment, baby farming, etc) became so prevalent.
You either believe in personal responsibility or your don’t.
