Okay, I got bored and jumped to the end, lol, but the video helped me to realize that sometimes the moon is closer during a full moon and sometimes it isn't! That could explain some discrepancies/cycles we've discussed on our other thread. :)

I thought this would be easy to track down, the search engine was somewhat niggardly. LiM has linked a cool GIF movie someone made of the Moon going through its full gyration. Couldn’t find it.
