The bad thing about A&M is they are so dependent on one player. If JM get’s injured badly, then the game is lost.
UGA doesn’t run Murray much because they don’t want to lose his arm. They still have capable backups with the best one being redshirted to try to give him more time between him and Murray. Alabama probably would be happy pounding the ball behind that monster OL.
If Bama played A&M 5 times, they would win 4. As a team, they were beat up coming off the LSU win that they should not have won.
I like A&M and I am glad they did so well this year. I wish Missouri had done better, but I think they will step up in the coming years. The SEC is a beast.
Agree. As bad as Bama played against A&M, they still had a chance to win the game. If not for the interception at the goal line they would have won. Georgia could beat Alabama, but probably won’t. If Alabama and ND meet, I think the Tide wins it. I have not been impressed with ND. Great teams roll over other team, they don’t barely get by game after game. Stanford and Pitt had ND beat, then beat themselves. ND’s defense had nothing to do with Pitt missing a game-winning FG. You are right about A&M being a one-man team, but that one man is a game breaker. Would love to see him slice through ND’s vaulted defense.
