Considering this drone was moving that’s a pretty good shot. However Hindi has no idea how many shots were fired at the thing before it was hit.
I’m wondering what the FAA rules are for drone operators.
At under a certain weight (55 lbs?) I think the FAA just considers it a radio controlled model and IIRC the only restrictions are no flying in the vicinity of an airport.
