This phone is the critical piece of evidence in this case, as a matter of fact, the only physical piece of evidence that the the SP has for her indictment connecting its star witness to the deceased. And they let it sit there and don’t want to know what’s in it???

Furthermore what was/is stopping the SPD or FDLE from accessing the phone was/is not a PIN to the phone entered into it by Trayvon Martin, but the PIN to the ACCOUNT held by Tracy Martin, the father running around the country to all those churches whining about justice for Trayvon.

And all the media knew about this and sat on it because as far back as March at a news conference the justice-seeking father says that he refuses to turn over his PIN to law enforcement.

And the SP, who is in daily contact with Benjamin Crump, Martin’s attorney, never asked for the PIN from him so they could access this piece of evidence???? This is unbelievable. The SP is demanding things from every irrelevant person in this case except the one person with the key to the central piece of evidence???

I hope that the Defense team subpoenas Tracy Martin and Benjamin Crump and Angela Corey for the scheduled December 11th hearing so that we can watch the finger pointing and hear the bs fly around the courtroom. And if Tracy Martin does not turn over the PIN on the spot, he should be taken into custody until he does. And that’s just for starters.
