#1: Mark Belling. You've obviously never had to endure Ben Ferguson every morning on 820 WBAP AM in Dallas. His voice penetrates your skull like one of those television hucksters at 3:AM. It's the last thing I want over morning coffee.

Awful, too. Can’t listen when he subs for Rush. Especially annoying is the way he—he—constantly—constantly stammers as though he’s searching—searching for the next word.

I can’t stand phony mannerisms—and his main one is the way he tries to sound as though he’s thinking hard, thinking aloud, struggling to find the right words.
