Get the Can 60D with the 18-135 lens. A bit heavy but it does everything you could want.

I like mine a lot! Bought it for a trip to Europe. Took over 4,300 pics at 18 megapixel. Awesome! Bought it at BestBuy. 3 years no interest deal. Cost $25 a month!

I find better prices on all things photographic at B&H in NYC.
I have a 17-55 wide-zoom and a 50 MM 1.4 which are fun.

I bought a 400 MM L series which requires a tripod to use. It was in near-perfect condition, bought used from B&H for about half the new price.
