There are still a lot of things to do without secession, such as nullification and 10th amendment fights.
The problem is Obama will get to appoint some more Supremes...and Romney’s appointments wouldn’t have been much better on this score.
You would think with 30 state Governors in our pocket we could press some Amendments.

If Texas ever really decided to go its own way, I doubt if
some SCOTUS justices wagging their fingers and admonishing
us to “stop please” would have much effect.
Some M1A2 Abrams tanks would. But, we will have already
convinced Fort Hood to join us by then. Hehe...
