If you don't think that big sis is tracking folks that buy MREs by the gross, you are not paranoid enough to be a prepper.

Anyone buying MREs by the gross is going to die plugged up and miserable. Not very good preps.

In my community, folks come to me for weather questions because they know I'm a ham radio operator. All my neighbors know I can cook for crowds.

How am I supposed to meet my Christian obligation for service by hiding?

LOL, just an example. Buying 10K rounds of 5.56 a year is just as likely to get you flagged.

I don't recommend hiding. But there is no obligation-Christian or otherwise-that we must discuss prepping in mixed company. It gives me the creeps to hear fellows down at Bass Pro Shops talking in front of perfect strangers about how many rounds they have stockpiled or what is in their bugout bags. If anyone asks me, I don't own any firearms and I don't have any idea about prepping.

Folks don’t realize that true military MREs have very little fibre in them — so the grunt doesn’t have to take a dump at just the wrong time.

My son has come to LOVE meals high in fibre and veggies, as he knows what even a three day FTX can do to your innards.
